According to morning monitoring on Sunday, November 24, a record snowfall for November (27 cm) was formed in Tver. The previous maximum for the month was 21 cm.

Warmer than ave West Coast US next week. No frost here yet West of Seattle 50 miles S of Canada don’t remember it ever being this late. Not cold everywhere US. Winter starts on Dec 21st like normal.
Record cold in Greenland suggests there’s going to be a large area of very high pressure over the Island meaning very little snowfall. In order to get large dumps of snow warm (relatively speaking) winds from the east round to southwest are needed meaning heavy snow results in above average temperatures.
